1. Agreement
These Terms govern use of Nexus as an internal CRM platform for managing leads, properties, communications, and related operational workflows. By using Nexus, authorized users agree to comply with these Terms and applicable organizational policies.
2. Authorized Use
Nexus is intended for legitimate business activities only. Users must access data solely for assigned responsibilities and must not misuse, scrape, export, or disclose data beyond approved business purposes.
3. Communications Features
Email, calendar, and WhatsApp integrations are provided for business communication and scheduling. Users are responsible for complying with consent requirements, anti-spam rules, and local messaging laws when contacting leads and clients.
4. Data Accuracy and Responsibility
Users must maintain reasonably accurate records and promptly correct known inaccuracies in contact, property, and transaction information. Nexus may provide operational tools, but user organizations remain responsible for business decisions and regulatory obligations.
5. Availability and Changes
Nexus may be updated, improved, or modified to maintain performance, compliance, and security. Reasonable efforts are made to minimize disruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
6. Termination
Access may be suspended or revoked for policy violations, security risks, or unauthorized use. Upon termination, use of Nexus must stop, and any retained data handling will follow applicable retention and legal requirements.
